Online Live Training Sessions
1. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern the purchase and delivery of online, live, instructor-led training sessions provided by People, Value, Performance (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By booking and paying for a training session via our website, the customer (“you”, “the Customer”) agrees to be bound by these Terms without reservation.
These Terms apply to both business customers (B2B) and individual consumers (B2C).
2. Description of the Services
The Company provides individual 90-minute online live training sessions, delivered remotely via Microsoft Teams.
Each session is delivered in real time by a trainer and requires the Customer’s active participation.
3. Booking and Payment

Training sessions must be booked via the Company’s website.
-
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
-
Prices are displayed in euros (€).
-
VAT is applied in accordance with French law, including when the participant is located in France.
Once payment is received, the booking is considered confirmed, subject to these Terms.
4. Training Invitation and Access
-
A calendar invitation containing the Microsoft Teams meeting link will be sent to the Customer:
-
either immediately after the order is placed, or
-
within a maximum of five (5) working days following the order or reservation.

The invitation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.
-
It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that the provided email address is valid and accessible.
5. Technical Requirements and Customer Responsibility
Training sessions are delivered online. The Customer is solely responsible for:
-
having a stable internet connection,
-
having suitable hardware (computer, headset, camera if required),
-
ensuring access to a quiet and appropriate learning environment.
The Company shall not be held liable for:
-
internet connection failures,
-
hardware or software issues on the Customer’s side,
-
disruptions caused by the Customer’s environment.
No refund or credit will be granted due to technical issues attributable to the Customer.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling by the Customer
6.1 Cancellation more than five (5) working days before the session
If the Customer cancels more than five (5) working days before the scheduled session:
-
the Customer is entitled to a full refund, or
-
alternatively, may choose to reschedule the session.
6.2 Cancellation within five (5) working days
If the Customer cancels within five (5) working days before the scheduled session:
-
no refund will be issued,
-
no credit or rescheduling will be granted.
6.3 No-show
If the Customer fails to attend the session without prior notice:
-
the session is deemed delivered,
-
no refund, credit, or rescheduling will be provided.
6.4 Rescheduling conditions
-
Rescheduling is permitted only if requested more than five (5) working days before the scheduled session.
-
Requests made within five (5) working days will be refused.
7. Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Company
7.1 Trainer unavailability or force majeure
In the event of:
-
trainer illness,
-
force majeure,
-
or circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control,
the session will be rescheduled as a priority at a mutually agreed date.
7.2 Refund if no agreement is reached
If no rescheduling agreement can be reached within three (3) months following the original session date:
-
the Customer will be entitled to a full refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All training materials, content, methods, and documentation provided during the session remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensors.
The Customer may not:
-
record the session,
-
reproduce, distribute, or share the content,
-
use the materials for commercial training purposes,
without the Company’s prior written consent.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by French law:
-
the Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant training session,
-
the Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business, revenue, or opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer protections under French law.
10. Personal Data
Personal data collected during the booking and delivery of training sessions is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Company’s Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
