Co 02 Continue to develop as a coach -Intermediate

What you'll be able to do after this training:

Participants will be able to have a coaching interaction. Defining a contract, Goal and starting to develop a way forward with a colleague. Coaching increases motivation and delegation. 

What level do participants need to be at before the training?

Participants need to have the opportunity build development plans with customers or colleagues. It is important that they have  opportunity to practise their skills after the training.

Course Format:

Live online training session delivered via Microsoft Teams. After booking, you'll receive your Teams meeting link and can select your preferred date and time.
The training will contain on line interaction and application.
