Participants will be able to structure their coaching to create value and performance.  Using a the fundamental group of tactics to supporting their coachees to move forward with actions and timeline.    

What level do participants need to be at before the training?

Participants need to have :
- Completed the session; Continue to develop as a coach - Intermediate
- Have complete at least one coaching session

Course Format:

Live online training session delivered via Microsoft Teams. After booking, you'll receive your Teams meeting link and can select your preferred date and time.
The training will contain on line interaction and application.
