Participants will be able understand the impact of their actions to the balance sheet. Detailed look at the terminology and how people's actions effect the outcomes. Focus on follow up and month on month actions.

What level do participants need to be at before the training?

This is a Fundamental course, participants are at the start of their development (apprentices through to experienced people) who need to support business performance (everyone!) enabling them to progress to future business competences.
